ACCOMPLISHMENTS
* Integrated the operations of Tommy Hilfiger into the income tax provision process during 2010. This included creating the opening tax balance sheet under FAS109, creating a worldwide provision process and implementing the tax provision implications of a recently filed Advanced Pricing Agreement
* Successfully managed the 2006-2008 Federal Income Tax Audit. This allowed the company to reverse $27M in FIN 48 reserves. The IRS auditor also waived $6M in underpayment penalties due to the effective management of the audit.
* Implemented a process to create a fully audit ready Federal Income Tax Return, including write-up of all Schedule M-1’s and tax memos for all material transactions
