Order Entry (OE) MAGIC 4.64-4.69, Client Server (C/S) 5.5-5.66 sr 8 - successfully implemented and upgraded this module through all of the listed versions, maintained all dictionaries and functionality.

Emergency Department Management (EDM) C/S 5.5- 5.66 sr 8 – Successfully implemented EDM nursing documentation, electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) then upgraded to Bedside Medication Verification (BMV), built various trackers to optimize the workflow in the Emergency Department (ED), created indicators to optimize registration process to accommodate the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA) Successfully implemented Physician Documentation, ordering and electronic prescribing (eRX) in the ED .

Patient Care System (PCS) – successfully implemented PCS documentation for nursing and ancillary departments to include Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy, eMAR/BMV and maintained a 97-98% scan rate. Physician Documentation (PDOC) – created over 60 Emergency Department Templates, created progress notes using queries, formatted data and recall text, with integrated Medical history from nursing documentation.
