I was responsible for setting up and running Kitamura 5-axis horizontal mills and 5-axis vertical trunnion,(with Fanuc 16i-MB controls) holding plus or minus 0.0001 bore diameters, plus or minus 0.002 hole location on a lot of the parts that I ran. I made all adjustments to machine when something was out of tolerance, checking tool wear, replacing when necessary, report any problems to my Production Resource (PR), keeping notes on how the parts ran in a notebook and any changes that I made.
