Responsibilities/Deliverables:

Led a team of 53 consultants for a company wide implementation of FICO, MM, WM, and HCM.

Utilized PBC in conjunction with HCM and PCP to budget for individual org units.

Responsibilities included creation of the project plan using Microsoft Project as well as the business process documentation using SAP Solution Manager, SAP Business Configuration sets, ARIS for NetWeaver, SAP Best Practice Offerings, and SAP Support Portal.

Creation of the Technical Team consisting of Functional and Infrastructure Teams

Creation of the Functional and Technical Design Documents including non-legacy and SAP
