Study of Tender documents & Prepare tender report for management’s approval and get a clear understanding of the ‘Scope of Work’

Understand the ‘Scope of Work’ received - Review the Project Duration, Study the Scaffolding Requirements, Access Layouts, Risk Factors involved in the project and providing better alternatives to the Client depending upon Cost and Time Based Factors

Coordinating with all the Subcontractors involved and incorporating their schedules in the Tender Programme and also Preparing Cost Analysis

Site visiting for all the Projects to get a clear project understanding like Ground Conditions, Access around the Site, Tower Crane Requirements and other Existing Services, if present at the Site or any ongoing works at the Site

Preparation of Tender Clarifications & raise it to Client/Consultant

1)Project: Proposed Habib Bank AG Zurich @ Sheikh Zayed Road,Dubai(won by KCE)-Office Bldg

Client: Habib Bank

Description: The Project consists of B+G+2 floors. The Scope includes all Enabling works, Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP works, Fitout works and all external works

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities handled:

Coordinating with Main Contractor’s Programme as proposed to the Client

Preparing Site Access Layouts, Resource Schedules,KPI’s, Tower Crane & Hoist layouts

Prepared the Subcontractor Tender Programme, Method Statement, Manpower Histogram

2)Project: Proposed Dubai Mall Balconies, Dubai(won by KCE)

Client: EMAAR

Description: The Project consists of Installation of Balcony Units @ First Floor & Second Floor of Dubai Mall. The Scope includes all Structural Steel, Architectural and finishes works

Duration: 6 months

Prepared the Tender Stage Programme & Post Tender Stage Clause 13.1 Programme, Narrative, Manpower Histogram

Prepared the Overall Time Weightage S-curve

Updating Programme and recording delay/ahead of progress

3)Project: 3B+G+M+18 storey office bldg for Emirates National Bank of Dubai

Description: The Project consists of 3 Basements (Car Parking), Ground, Mezzanine and 18 floors of Office use for Emirates National Bank of Dubai @ Baniyas Road. Work consists of Piling, Shoring and Construction works.

Duration: 21 months

Responsibilities handled:

Prepared the Tender Programme, Method Statement, Manpower Histogram, Cash Flow Chart

Coordinating with all the Subcontractors involved in the Project

Preparing Site Access Layouts, Tower Crane & Hoist layouts

Participated in Tender Settlement Meeting

4)Project: Proposed Galadari Car Showroom & Workshop Complex(Car Showroom)

Description: The Project consists of 2 Basements (Car Parking), Ground, Mezzanine floors @ Al Quoz, Dubai .

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities handled:

Prepared the Tender Programme, Method Statement, Manpower Histogram

Coordinating with all the Subcontractors involved in the Project

5)Project: Ducab HV & EHV facility (won by KCE)

Description: The Project is for manufacturing of electrical cables with two towers of concrete construction CCV & VCV tower 45m & 150m high respectively.

Factory Building, Administrative offices, EHV Lab and ancillary buildings are steel and concrete frame construction.

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities handled:

Prepared the Tender Programme, Method Statement, Manpower Histogram

Coordinating with all the Major Subcontractors involved in the Project

Staff & Labour Forecast:

Tracking Ongoing / Completed Projects with their resource requirement

Preparing Resource Allocation for the next six months for all ongoing projects

Comparing the available resources with projected resources (estimating)
