Manage programmatic budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.

Youth Program Development- Coordinate community coalition building to include creating opportunities for engagement and dialogue among racially diverse high school youth across metropolitan Detroit. Launch leadership programs, lead cultural competency knowledge building sessions, develop marketing strategies to attract students and host youth community networking events.
