I had 2 successful graduation projects, one was setting up a DDS based PLL which was a brand new technology for that time, the project included some analog concepts of phase/frequency filter as well as direct digital synthesizer from HARRIS . The other project was SW and HW development of a medical device named infusion pump used to controlled fine steady state injection of medicine to the patient.

M.Sc. System Communication Engineering Sharif University of technology, 1995-1997

My M.sc thesis had 2 different sections, one was development of HW and prototyping of a TMS320C25 fixed point system including analog and digital parts and the other was development of firmware and related algorithms of PULSE to TONE converter system based on ARMA modeling and vector quantization of different semi random patterns, this project was related to channel estimation and also equalization in time and frequency domain. After completion, I was awarded an innovation certificate for the developed system.

Top level management of 5 simultaneous projects with a value of about 10 m USD, the overall team located and resident in 6 cities of more than 45 engineers and technicians (Maximum staff head count has exceeded 140 in certain periods, under my direct responsibility) (2009 to now)

Technical manager of PARMAND telecom and direct responsible for all technical and management affairs of all company bids (typical annual value of about 100 m USD), top level manager of maximum 140 technical staff in 9 states of country. (2004 to 2007)

Project manager of quality management of 5000 BTS sites of second national mobile operator (MTN ) (8 million USD project) . The project has covered more than 11000 man day work and has gained several satisfaction letters from the main South African mobile operator: MTN (2006 to now). This project was basically awarded for 2 years and because of quality of the job handled by our team was extended to 3 more years, expanded 3 times.(2006 to now)

Project Manager of Integration of 500 Siemens BTS sites to 38 BSC and MCI network.(1 million USD project). (2006 to 2008)

Head of R&D, prototype and production of Infusion pump for infants and Thalassemia patients. That project took 2 years from the first prototype to a pilot manufacturing line, Sold the business with %100 margin. The project started working on 2 prototypes of JMS and an Australian company, then resulted to a brand new design fit to real patient needs

Manager of R&D team for development of low capacity digital MW radio, mainly working on ALTERA and XILINX CPLD/FPGA products. The projects led to some contracts valued about 5 m USD.(2000 to 2004)

Bid manager of MCCI network expansion tender (83/59), total project value : 800 mUSD (2005)

Project manager of R&D,production and installation of 600 HDSL modems for GSM network, based on CONEXANT chipset (turnkey project, value: 400,000 USD )
