While employed their my responsibilities were to greet and seat customers and take drink orders, prepare drinks and then take food orders enter them in on a positive system. Prepare sides salads and ant necessary items for guests to enjoy their meal. Prebus tables and clean and reset tables for next guests, cash out each customer while holding on to all cash during shift. Working an 8 to 10 hour shift without assistance from other employees and or managers. Handle all to go orders and prepare the to go order. Deliver all food orders mainly without assistance of any one else. At times handle anywhere from 7 to 15 tables at once anywhere from 2 to 25 guests at each table. Do all sidework, dishes, roll silverware and ensure restaurant was clean, stocked and refilled and ready to go for next shift or with in 30 mon after closing. At times run shift handling all customers, orders, to go orders, and handle all complaints while management was not there or outside or to busy to handle running their shift.

These are mainly the reasons I'm no longer with this company. Along with conflict with one shift manager being disrespectful, rude and disconcerning to myself in front of guests, and other employees and trying to micro manage employees and customers telling them they can't have their regular server wait on them and if they don't like it there's the door.

I deserve to work for a company who will value me as not only an employee but as a human being.
