Assisting public with the following information
Dealing with all queries pertaining to the public transport in Cape Town including Rail, Buses, Dial Ride, My Citi services and Parking Management.
Log all complaints pertaining to public transport in Cape Town
Information regarding routes, schedules ticket price, ticket outlets and location of the interchange, ranks and park and ride facilities
Log all complaints pertaining Road and Storm water where issues are reported on maintenance problem
Log requests pertaining Roads and Storm water whereby customers request new infrastructure or changes to the current infrastructure
Contact details of long distance buses, rail and taxi operators
Information regard tourism venues
Information regarding general and events related road closures
Information regard events related transport
Log Traffic and Freeway related obstruction of free flowing traffic
Log faulty traffic signals and report to the relevant department
Monitoring the traffic website to provide freeway information to customers

Case reporting on Roads and Storm water and faulty Traffic Signals on C3
Allocation of C3 complaint to the correct deport with GIS or Google Map identification of the exact location and depot
