Duties included transcribing title opinions and various legal documents. I was in constant contact with our branch office to ensure that all partners were aware of daily activity on all cases. I drafted weekly status updates for all clients and maintained numerous spreadsheets indicating progress in all departments. In addition, I supervised as many as six assistants and legal secretaries and conducted weekly meetings to inform my department of goals and deadlines. December 2000 to May 2004: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Environmental Technology Group, Inc., Midland, Texas As administrative assistant, my duties included organization of over 200 oil and gas environmental projects including data searches for background information on historical leak sites, report preparation, and file maintenance. Provided support for project managers on staff, including submittal of technical reports to federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, QA/QC of analytical data, and updating analytical tables. I have experience in working with the Railroad Commission of Texas and New Mexico Oil Conservation Division and the responsible party to expedite environmental compliance of projects. As receptionist, duties include operating a 13- line switchboard for four different companies, accepting & delivering messages & faxes, and receiving clients, job applicants, & other guests.
