• Served as Project Manager for the on-time, at budget rack installation, and played a key role in the successful relocation of operations from Florida to current Tennessee location, with minimal impact to the business and client requirements. Directed a full time staff of 80 employees, and managed daily operations of a 175,000 square foot, non- union facility. Personally negotiated contracts and service level agreements with manufacturers and transportation carriers, and assisted with budgeting, safety, and other key functions.

• Successfully implemented Pick to Light, and collaborated with executive management at Parcel Pool, orchestrating zone skipping into USPS network.
