- Manage a diverse monthly caseload of 230+ cases via Casebank

- Determine and Re-determine initial and ongoing eligibility for Public Assistance

- Process applications in accordance with Federal and State regulations

- Partner with internal Community Resource Office to provide referrals for additional services available to clients upon request.

- Partner with offsite agencies within the community and surrounding areas to provide additional assistance to clients needing specific or general assistance

- Prepare and follow up on State Appeal Hearings with regards to Food and Nutritional Services cases

- Consistently meet monthly reports for timeliness, accuracy, and productivity reports and deadlines.

- Provide a strong support structure for fellow case managers within the FNS division by maintaining program integrity and assisting with vacant caseloads.
