The loft project involves the construction of 3 high rise residential buildings, two of 42 floors and one of 38 floors. These are connected by a podium/basement structure of 9 floors. This structure has three basement levels of car parking, a ground floor containing retails units, a further level of parking, and four floors of apartments.

The overall floor area is measurement 155000 metre square and the total number of apartments is 670. Other amenities included canteen, wash rooms, squash courts, lounges, business center, children’s play areas, mini theatre, library, games rooms, gym and steam room.

The building envelopes is a mix of precast concrete panels and curtain wall at lower level stone cladding will be provided . The internal finishes are generally to a high specification and building services are normally found in similar residential developments.

To work with the FM to undertake project based work as required

To assist the FM as required with monthly reporting requirements including compilation

Maintain management processes, systems and folders on behalf of FM

Assist the FM to ensure we meet internal and audit criteria

Actively identify systems and process within the Civil Construction Division that conflict or do not align to Corporate requirements

Ensure all FM internal communication reflects Haifa /sensaire services values and strategic goals of growth, innovation/efficiency and excellence

To work with other Civil Construction support functions (namely human resources and health and safety) to raise levels of internal communication and staff engagement

Working with the HR Manager, take the temperature of internal communication from time to time to gauge satisfaction levels and maintain the high-level Staff Engagement Plan

Draft and distribute key FM communication tools, such as FM Newsletter, HSQE Newsletter, and text messages on a regular basis

Take an overview of Civil Construction stakeholder communications to ensure they are concise, consistent and relevant.

Lead the Communication team ensuring quality output and high levels of internal customer satisfaction (two direct reports)

Motivate and manage the team to ensure high levels of team engagement

Generate staff development plans, provide regular performance feedback and conduct appraisals.

Conduct recruitment activity as required

Assist with staff events which aim to raise the level of satisfaction and engagement within the division

Review new contracts for communications requirements and opportunities.

Ensure clients’ expectations are understood and met or exceeded by the Project Managers
