700-mile-long pipeline across Texas with shipping capacity of 72,000 barrels of refined petroleum per day.

Acquired and integrated petroleum pipeline system with high reliability and tightest regulation in the oil pipeline industry. Responsible for all aspects of pipeline management including commercial, engineering, operations/logistics/maintenance, DOT and FERC regulatory compliance. Held full P&L responsibility for capital and operating budgets with core team of 21 employees and field operations of 60.

Grew shipment volume 10-fold and revenues 17-fold in under two years by focusing on customer needs.
