JOB REPONSIBILITY

Coordinate with customers via email, phone, working on their queries.

Preparing of Proforma Invoices, Purchase Orders, Marking Detail, Export Invoices & Packing List etc.

Preparing of all Pre shipping and post Shipping Documents.

Handling L/C, DA and DP cases.

Coordinate with Purchase Department for arranging the order of customer on time.

Do the Pre-dispatch/final inspection of order before final packing of order.

Coordinate with different Freight agents, negotiate the freight charges, and arrange the dispatch of shipments.

Proper follow up with freight agent till the shipment dispatched to destination.

Maintaining proper record of customer through filing as well in system.

Follow ups with Customers for payment and for new queries.

Other Administrative work – filing work, mailing, scanning, fax, typing, diarizing and other office routine work.
