Accomplishments & Principle Projects

Managed the Operations side of a high profile, high volume multi-million dollar Ethernet/T1 upgrade project for a major Fortune 500 company. My team consisted of approx. 50 people in the United States and Latin America. Team is in charge of implementing, coordinating, scheduling, vendor management onsite and off, acquiring and reviewing the needed collateral, providing the proper quotes to the customer, confirming the quotes were approved and then finally completing the final install work for the LEC to install their circuits. Once circuits were installed my team was responsible for completing the extensions to the customers router and performed the final test and turn up. As a result the project maintains a 50-60% profit margin.

Supervised a team that coordinated outside vendors (OSP) on major construction projects in order to facilitate an entrance for LEC lines

Skilled in stakeholders communications whether it be face to face or via conference calls.

Main technical liaison and Manager for end customer and internal sales team.

Attended weekly conference call and provided updates to all stakeholders and end customers.

Coordinated various telecommunications (Nortel & Avaya) upgrades and moves.

Manage the operations of various high complexity/high volume multi-million dollar projects.

Dealt with clients such as State Farm, Centurylink, Social Security Admin. and NCR.

Manage and trained a team of 50 people within and outside of the United States. Twelve of which were rapidly promoted to other lead positions.

Ensure team & sub-vendors properly coordinate work at over 500 different sites Nationwide every month. Work entailed confirming City and State regulations and permits.
