Executive Summary

Practical experience, common sense and a spirit of entrepreneurial leadership coupled with the belief that Continuous Improvement can be a basic element of human motivation, is what I will bring to your team to drive results.

Senior leadership of operating teams in distribution, logistics, manufacturing and continuous improvement. Managing start-ups, rapidly evolving and stable organizations in diverse industries has honed my ability to think out of the box and to bring practical and tested improvement concepts into practice for large facilities and multi-site networks. In each of these, success was delivered by innovation, cost reduction, and improved service working directly with customers, sales and business partners.

Management training at Procter & Gamble was the foundation for my ability to deliver both compelling customer value and best-in-class results. I will bring a positive, people focused leadership style that is shaped by a strong set of values and complemented with strategic and creative thinking expertise. Results are driven via trust, credibility and cross functional collaboration. A personal end goal is to always develop self-sustaining, high performing teams. This has been instrumental to moving operating teams toward continuous improvement philosophy using both Lean and TQM concepts. It is also the basis for weaving the intent of continuous improvement philosophy into everyday processes without appearing to be the program of the month.
