Responsible for all day-to-day laboratory operations at a local divisional office. Represents the policies, ethics, and culture of the company. GET Instructor, Duties included the co-ordination and implementation of General Employee Training and Outage In-Processing. Additional duties included the evaluation of training material for compliance with corporate and regulatory procedures. Further duties included the administration of Entergy Corporate Supervisory training. I served as an Administrator of NANTeL (INPO LMS) and Entergy Corporate LMS (Plateau). Lab Analyst, Louisiana Staffing at Stauffer Chemicals, St. Gabriel, LA, 2004. Duties included the testing of raw materials for purity and the analysis of intermediate processed products. The analysis was used to determine the efficiency of the chemical process. Wet and instrumental testing such as titration, GC, Microwave Digestion and ICP used to determine purity and composition. Instrumentation maintenance performed on GC’s and ICP.

Lab Analyst, Tech 2000 at ConocoPhillips Alliance Refinery Belle Chasse, LA, 2002 to 2004. Duties included the testing of crude oil for gravity, sulfur and water content. Further duties included testing of gasoline, diesel and jet fuel for RVP, sulfur, distillation, pour/freeze points and other relevant tests. I primarily worked as a GC chemist at the refinery which entailed testing of liquid petroleum product for composition and purity and maintenance of instruments. Occasional hand blends to determine ratio of adjustment needed to correct off test material.
