Human Resource Supervisor, Apr. 2010 - till date

General Administration:

Implementation and interpretation of HR policies.

Assess areas requiring improvement in employee relations and staff management support in consultation with the HR hierarchy, Line Managers and individual employees as required.

Provide advisory services to Line Management and supervisors with respect to performance management and recognition framework.

Develop & maintain PMS and recognition Programme plans and schedules.

Develop and present oral and written reports, presentations, and informal feedback.

Revise the effectiveness of HR Management Policies.

Recruitment:

Support all recruitment processes to ensure vacant positions are filled within stipulated time.

Assist in evaluating the manpower needs/requirements of the organization.

Champion the induction and smooth take-off of new employees.

Request and obtain reference letters from former employers of new staff.

Process confirmation of staff as at when due.

Employee Services:

Support prompt resolution of all staff welfare issues within agreed timelines.

Ensure sufficient delivery of medical services to employees.

Provide advice and counsel to senior management on HR practices and policy.

Supporting employees in maintaining a positive connection with their work, colleagues and organization with a particular focus on good relationship between staff and line managers.

Compensation Management:

Support the Preparation monthly salary for employees.

Process leave allowance for employees.

Provides active partnering and support to colleagues and Line managers on HR related matters to enable them operate effectively.

Supports in all necessary payroll inquiries, payments and related issues.

Support the Process of gratuity/terminal benefits for ex-staff.

Learning & Development:
