Contract Manager May 2014 – January 2015

Manage all aspects of contract administration for Verizon’s Network Fleet Group existing and prospective customers and vendors. Responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotes (RFQs). Prepare proposal documentation, such as Bid/No Bid, Compliance Matrix and Past Performance Questionnaires. Analyze contracts for content, clauses and definition of understanding and ensure compliance with all contract requirements.

Oversee production of significant reports including monthly, quarterly results and variance reports supplied to senior executives. Spearhead proactive management techniques to strengthen focus on business success such as preparing critical ad-hoc reports for leadership presentations.

Consultant Business Development October 2008 – May 2014

Served as the Lead for Sales Generation Program for Government and Public Safety Verticals. Primary role was to sell Verizon Wireless products and services to Systems Integrators. While in this role, I met and exceeded sales targets on a quarterly basis. Conducted quarterly business meetings with customers to provide overall review and updates on their accounts.

Instrumental in securing new business in the Federal Government sector, Lockheed Martin $6 million and Perot $1.2 million in revenue.

Product Manager 411 Connect August 2000 – December 2006

Managed operational and marketing initiatives related to 411 Connect. This included Vendor Management, Performance Compliance, and Resolution of Complaints. Prepared and processed monthly invoices in a timely manner to expedite prompt payments. Produced call volume and revenue reports.

Instrumental in product revenue generation of over $500 million annually.

Implemented key projects as 411 Connect Product Manager. These projects included 411 price increase of $1.24 to $1.49 per call; responsible for partnering with system, network, billing and customer service team to address all marketing and operational issues related to price increases.

Responsible for performing market research to develop new Managed a successful launch of text messaging options for 411. Text message feature generated 24 million messages and $1.2 million in revenue in FY 2006.
