Working on our PFO Global website which is an online ordering portal where we are adding new and enhanced features to the website and adding several new validations through JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX. The new features being added to the website make it fast, robust and user friendly. March Vision Care (MVC)

Worked on a project called March Vision Care (MVC) which is a standalone XML application which consumes the orders put by the customers on someone else’s website and processes them on our PFO website. The orders get processed throughout the day and response messages will be sent without the human intervention. GetTheRX Website

Working on a website which works with other website called JustTheRx where the users usually the opticians placed an order by using a Voucher number. This website also has a Russian version. PFO API

Developed a web service called PFO API with web methods that our other applications can use for getting data directly rather than communicating with the database all the time. Also, implemented the Mutual Exclusion service on a distributed systems using Maekawa’s algorithm by constructing a quorum and implementing the deadlock avoidance by locking the quorums.

GPS based Air Traffic Control using MAC protocols: It is an Advanced Computer Networks project. Helping Our People Easily(HOPE):

It is an Advanced Requirements Engineering project in which a Smart phone is developed on Android. It contains all the features of a smart phone like browsing, texting, making calls and many more which should be easier for the old people and physically challenged people so that they can use it to make calls, sending messages, putting reminders and alarms for themselves. The features should be in such a way that the elderly and challenged people should be able to live on their own which not much care taken. Tools Used: Android phone, Intellij Platform: Android

Loan Amortization:

Created Object Oriented Graphical User Interface to request parameters for the Loan Amortization Problem. The parameters include the principal amount, the term (in months) and the annual percentage interest rate. Two buttons will be created on our screen which will cause the monthly payment and the total of payments to be shown in a label control on the entry screen in both table and graph format. Library Management System:
