My career choice as a Nurse has evolved with time and experience but one thing has not changed, I am always required to do the right thing and always make ethical decisions, I do not judge my patients, I provide great care to all and choose to be a positive role model for other nurses and ontribute to the common good. I feel that as Nursing is a lifestyle and as Nurses we are obligated to live ethically, I am still a nurse when I am off work, I have a duty to serve the greater good. I am dependable, kind, and I believe that all floor staff are equally responsible for patient care. Communicating often and effectively with CNA staff is necessary for excellent care. I encouage my staff to report anything they feel is not their patients normal baseline, and always immediately address any issue brought to my attention. This empowers staff to do the right thing and sets a great standard of Nursing care. I have excellent assessment skills and clinical skills. Physicians I work with trust my opinion and depend on the accuracy of my assessment. I am VERY excited to hear that La Vida LLena has a prn LPN opening!
