Designed installed and maintained features such as rock beds, ponds, fountains, playgrounds, and flower beds as well as maintained lawns by mowing, weed eating, tree removal and installation or transplanting. This job also gave me experience in irrigation systems and maintenence such as programming the times of cut ons and shut offs for each zone and angle adjustment of sprinkler heads. I learned basic small engine repair as for weed eaters and lawn mowers as well.

-Drafted layouts of all properties to make for more efficient and faster maintenence.

-Made a route map for the order in which weed eating should be done to save time.

-Designed and drafted blue prints for multiple landscape projects using customer input.

Plastic Injection Technician/ Mold Setter/ Quality Inspector/ Mustang Vacuum System Operator

Started in an entry level position inspecting parts for headlight and tail light assemblies for GM, was moved up to mustang operator which involves controlling the metalization of headlight and tail light bezels and reflectors, after three months I was given a promotion to mold setter which involves disconnecting water circuits, core plugs, hot runner cables, etc, pulling mold from plastic injection machine with an overhead crane, flying it to the staging area, hooking crane to new mold, flying it into plastic injection machine, and re hooking all of the required circuits and cables while adjusting machine parameters for the production of a new part and cleaning mold. Eventually after cross training I started trouble shooting and making modifications to machine parameters and robot programs to make a more efficient product run while keeping products in consumer specification and started working with Engineers and the SMED team to improve mold change times and efficiency resulting in faster part to part times and better production rates.

-Designed pressure bleed off valves for water circuits to make for safer mold changes not to mention faster and easier procedures.

-Designed a mold change procedure and documentation handbook for trainees and procedure instructions for specific machines.

-Designed clamp spacers to run molds in different sized machines resulting in faster and better production.

Raw materials mixer/ Extrusion line operator

Techmer Polymer Modifiers, Clinton TN. 2010-2013

Compounded resins and raw materials in mixing bin then operated mixer to keep heats, torque, and blade speed all within specification. Programmed acrison feeders and extruders with specific heats, screw rpms, and feed rates to acquire maximum product output while adjusting pelletizer to stay in specification and meet customer needs. Maintained machines and kept them in good working order, changed dies, breaker plates, screws, screens, feed augers etc.

-Received training in TS16949 and ISO 9001.

-Designed and developed new spiral elevator chute feed system saving the company time and money by eliminating product loss in floor and the need to use a forklift to move gaylords to a scale so they can be weighed and shipped.

-Completed seven customer orders in one eight hour shift. “had never been done before.”

-Never made any mixing errors that caused a product to be returned, never “fluxed” a batch.

-Did multiple STOP audits resulting in a safer work environment and preventing injury.

Promotional Manager/ Event Coordinator & Host

Freelance business called Knoxvillan Productions, Knoxville TN 2011-2012

Rented out Knoxville night clubs such as New Amsterdam, Union Place, and NV to host events called Turnt Up, this event was designed to get up and coming musical artists publicity and spread their music throughout the community. I booked the performers and made a decision on what the admission at the door would be, usually 21+ admission would be 5 dollars 21- would be 8 dollars and I would make enough to pay the performers and the club while still having some left for the effort I put forth. I designed web page layouts, made fliers, and advertised online as well as with the fliers and word of mouth. I would also host the event and make sure everything went as planned.

-Made multiple clubs money as well as myself with no damages or losses.

-Got over 50 artists out to the public and playing shows regularly in Knoxville.
