Human Resources Director:

Joined a company undergoing rapid expansion as the first ever HR Director. The Company lacked established HR practices/procedures. Built the department from the ground up. Implemented HR infrastructure, established formalized compliance processes consisting of; employee handbook, policies/procedures, job descriptions, performance management system, compensation practices, and metrics. Developed recruiting strategies for multiple locations across the company, identified multiple channels for candidate recruitment; including online and, social networking media, brand marketing and integration to company intranet for easy accessibility and optimization. This streamlined process saved 30% in recruiting costs.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:

Designed and implemented an On-Boarding program, creating a sense of understanding of the company’s strengths, brands, evolution and strategic direction.

Re-wrote the Employee Handbook – implementing the most current up-to-date policies and procedures.

HR administration and operational responsibility for 160 employees servicing the North America market (23 Tier 1 Exhaust Technology customers). Partner with European headquarters, as well as U.S. Sales/Engineering groups to expand market share and increase revenue while launching new products and delivering quality parts.
