The project I worked on was titled "TOMM40 polymorphism in Alzheimer's disease".

The project involved identifying haplotypes comprising simple nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in TOMM40 and ApoE genes and potential involvement of these haplotypes in the development of Alzheimer's disease.

During my internship rotation I had to work in the department of Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery, Gynecology & Obstetrics, Psychiatry and the allied branches.
