Code all incoming checks with apartments numbers and add on resident’s ledger; Monitors resident’s account in court pending cases, court stipulation payments such as holdovers and collections. Calculate late charge monthly basis, prepare monthly statements at end of the month and send over to the units. Maintains and update archived files. Verify Section 8 & HPD monthly check and post to residents accounts, Maintains participant contact by phone, mail and in person.
