Responsible for developing and maintaining software test plan, test cases and test scripts of new and enhanced components of the current functionality on the Oracle BRM supported the Client Service and CSR SiriusXM Subscription Management Service platforms written in HTML, XML .NET and Java.

Performed functional testing on multiple projects, in numerous environments, simultaneously to confirm the development coding was being correctly merged.

Documented and reported Defects that arose, in Quality Center ALM, through JIRA ticketing application and provided test leads with timely metrics and project progress.
