Administrator – Recovery Care Management Program (9/13-Present)

• Key member of the ground-up establishment team for a specialized program providing full-scope support services for wounded, ill, injured or otherwise disabled Veterans from all branches of Service.

• Based in the Naval Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC), Norfolk, VA, orchestrate the provision of support for over 20,000 expeditionary personnel, reporting directly to Program Manager of Recovery Care Management (RCM).

• Instrumental in rolling out a one-of-a-kind program to provide recovery, rehabilitation, reintegration, or transition services that has become the model for other U.S. military disciplines to follow.

• Drafted policies and procedures, developed resource networks, created marketing materials, brochures and briefs, developed and produce quarterly newsletter, created PowerPoints and presentation materials, and serve as a proactive program liaison and spokesperson to prospective clients and potential stakeholders.

• In charge of 13 staff and all administrative functions for a specialized helicopter squadron with 250 personnel.
