2001 - 2002 Lamm & Co. - Orlando, FL - Estimator/Project Manager responsible for completing an $800,000 hard bid Washington Mutual Bank branch and the 25,000 sf, $2,100,000 community center for the Hunter's Creek Homeowners Association.

1999 - 2001 The Collage Companies - Lake Mary, FL - Project Manager with total project control for the completion of a seven story, $6,800,000 Country Inn & Suites Hotel, a 6 story, $6,200,000 Amerisuites Hotel, the $4,200,000 headquarters for Florida Municipal Power Agency and a $4,200,000 sanctuary and school for the First Church of God in Vero Beach.

CHICAGO EXPERIENCE

Prior to moving to Florida in 1992, I worked primarily as a field superintendent handling tenant build outs for a variety of companies, that was highlighted by the completion of the build out of thirty-three floors and two retail concourses at "Three Illinois Center" in downtown Chicago.
