Responsible for the overall production of chassis line, that includes 4 product lines and a total of 156 non-union employees. Fabrication (CNC, Brake presses, Trumpf CNC Punch etc.), Welding (Aluminum/Structural Steel), Assemblers, Mechanics, and Electricians. This also includes crew unit leaders and Operations Supervisors. Van Assembly Plant Manager -6/1985-6/2000

Responsible for P&L and for defining ways to continuously improve performance in manufacturing of 3 Van products on 9 production lines with multiple variations in configuration that included 200 non-union piece rate employees with 9 production supervisors. Coordinated with multiple support facilities to synchronize product flow from scheduling to final completion, and acted as the Hub for the Van Conversion assembly.
