I oversaw all of the oxy, plasma and laser cutting operations. I was also over all of the shearing, forming and drilling orders. The processing machines manned on my shift out produced the other two shifts 25 – 33%.Was chairman of the plant safety committee.

Had direct supervision over 15 soldiers operating in a combat zone running 24/7 operations. Monitored over 900 soldiers working at 8 different bases throughout RC East, Afghanistan. Tracked over 3,000 troops moving on the battlefield through air and ground movements. Tracked over 250 RCM (Red Cross Messages) and SIR’s (Serious Incident Reports) for the Battalion. Responsible for the distribution and tracking of all orders coming from our higher headquarters. Responsible for briefing all current operations within the Battalion at all command and staff meetings (3 times per week). Kept the Battalion Commander up to date on all current situations in the Battalion during the deployment.
