Research causes of defects and implement corrective actions.

Travel between the plants to set-up quality systems and develop people to manage the systems.

Maintain knowledge of all accreditation requirements and processes.

Implement a certified supplier program and work with suppliers to meet requirements.

Reduce scrap and rework costs by forty percent companywide by thoroughly training the employee’s and clarifying customer requirements.
