Employment and Work History:

1. C-Tech Design and Manufacturing within C-Tech Oil well Technologies, a Dover Company (September, 2012 – April 16, 2015): designs and manufactures well servicing rigs and equipment. Dover divested C-Tech Design and Manufacturing effective April 2015 since this operation does not fit within Dover business strategy. Director of Manufacturing with General Manager’s responsibility and my primary responsibilities included the following:

- Monitor and mange earnings and gross margin.

- Review and analyze costs and profit at job closing.

- Lead and direct engineering, manufacturing, project planning and execution, quality control, supply chain, and sales activities ensuring achievement of production targets, on-time delivery, and implementation of operating policies and procedures.

2. X-treme Energy Group (March 2011 – August 2012): a manufacturer of drilling rigs, catwalk, doghouse/water tank, gen building, mud system, top drive, down hole tools, and buildings for handling hazardous materials. It went in to receivership on April, 2012 due to bad debt.

Manager of Engineering and Quality Control - Primary responsibilities include:

- Manage and direct engineering team ensuring successful completion of drilling rig packages and environmental buildings.

- Plan, schedule, and control project activities ensuring effective utilization of resources and timely completion of design, drawings, BOMs, test procedures, and product manuals.

- Manage and direct quality control team ensuring WPS and welds meet design requirements, design and fabrication meet specified requirements, and timely completion of NDTs, pressure tests, and product performance/functional tests.

- Work closely with a team of Project Managers ensuring accurate cost estimates, realistic planning, and cost controls.

- Mentor and guide Quality System team for implementation of ISO and API quality standards, accurate disposition of non-conformances, and continuous improvement of product quality and fabrication efficiency.

- Manage lean manufacturing program and managing lean team. Primary objectives are to eliminate wastage, non-value added operations, and improve productivity and work place safety.

- Manage and direct electrical and hydraulic team members for successful completion of projects.
