On call Project Officer for the public assistance staff of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Responsible for assisting municipal and private nonprofit applicants to complete applications for reimbursement of costs resulting from disasters. This included determining the scope of work and estimating the cost of damaged property including schools, hospitals, roads, bridges, sewer systems, government buildings and parks.
