The only production supervisor for three shifts to communicate between production and the leadership team to meet an annual production schedule of eight million pounds. Track throughput, cycle time, and productivity on a daily basis for all of operations. I also am the leader of several continuous improvement projects, using Lean and Six Sigma operating principles, have resulted in multiple projects with Return On Investment of five hundred thousand dollars each.
