I am a very hard working individual that likes to succeed in any challenge or job that I undergo. I have acquired different traits and ideas along my working experience that has help me improve and expand my knowledge in the service industry. I’m dependable, organized and knowledgeable. Right now I’m just looking for work in the Palm Beach County.

Work- 2004-2008 Taco Bell Corp- Crew member and after 6 month promoted to shift supervisor. Responsible for providing excellent customer service, managed 6-9 employees, inventory counts, handle all cash responsibilities, problem solving skills, managed food safety and crew safety. A better opportunity opened up and I parted way with the company.

2008-2009 Burger King LLC- shift manager- Senior Ass. Manager- first to be promoted to Sr. Asst. Manager within the company. Provided assistance to general manager with final weekly inventory, truck orders, repair orders. Managed all cash handling, food safety and crew/customer safety. Provided scheduling ideas to improve sales from +2.5% to +4.7% in a period of 3 months. Traveled to 2 different locations and helped improve service times and cleanliness of restaurant. Final location was about an hour away and traveling became a problem.

2009-2013 Taco Bell LLC- shift manager/ General Manager- Worked as a shift manager for 2 years, in which my services, along with the rest of the management team help improve store evaluation from a 76% to 88% the first year. Second evaluation we had the second highest in the company with a 97%. I was then promoted to Store General Manager in which my responsibilities included to managing of the complete store and all its involvement.

Store General Manager- responsible for the hiring and terminating employees, food safety and all safety aspects of the store. Truck orders, scheduling, final inventories, P&L, spreadsheets developments. Repair orders, local marketing and new product roll outs. Cash control and manager schedules. The location at which I managed sales grew from -1.8% to 4.9% in 2 years. In which late nite sales also grew from 2.1% to 12.8%. There was a better paying offer with a different company, so I already had someone trained to take my position and I parted ways with the company.

2013-2015 Wendy’s LLC- Store General Manager- Customer service, P&L spreadsheets, food safety and safety of restaurant. Managed 25 crew and 4 managers. Development of new ways to increase sales and provide a better working environment. Increased late night sales from -4.5& to 7.3% in 12 months, increased store evaluation from a 64% to a 83% in the first year, second year it was 88%. Managed all cash handling policies and oversaw deposits and changed fund orders. Developed inventories and truck orders. Managed crew training and developed 4 different managers.

Skills- Food Safety Certified 2017, Windows XP and Vista systems, 65 wpm, Internet technology, fluent in English and Spanish, able to read Portuguese and French, art history major. Cash handling skills, customer skills and problem solving skills.

Objective- Graduate as an IT service tech, manage in any area, become fluent in Portuguese.
