Licensed by the Louisiana State of Police. Performed duties on 2nd shift from 2:00PM-12:00AM. Worked 4 nights one week/3 nights following week.
Drove company vehicle from Lafourche Parish to Terrebonne Parish; Average of 250-300 miles per night.
Expedite US Currency to 65 locations in Terrebonne Parish. Currency would be transferred between the client/myself on an on-call basis. No set route was established.
Arriving to client’s location, I would fill out a form for a collection of video poker vouchers cashed in the afternoon before my arrival. After adding up vouchers and matching my total to the clients, I would trade in vouchers for a reimbursement. Signing a ticket as proof of the transfer.
After duties on the road were completed, I would return to the main office to do a close-out process. Calculating every transaction throughout the shift and making sure all tickets/money are accounted. Once the balance of the two equaled out, I stored everything in locked boxes and proceeded to secure the premises using keys/passcodes/alarms/surveillance.
