Complete mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic assembly responsibilities of oilfield equipment. (Trailer, Skid and Truck Mounted Blenders, Fracs, C.A.S units, Hydration units) Also Rail King and IO

Reading and interpreting schematics, pre-assembly layout, buildup and installation of components: engines, transmissions, pumpdrives, pumps, motors, valves, hydraulics, wet kits, heater packages. Startups and commissioning of units.(setting pressures and speeds troubleshooting as necessary). Working closely with testline personnel and engineers for constant quality improvements. Mechanic/Electrician / Eurecat / (Alliance Temps) 2002-2005

Initially contracted to wire and install a plc panel for an H2S plant expansion at a Catalyst regeneration plant. Upon completion of the installation, mounted transmitters, ran cpvc, pulled wires and terminated. Extensive fabrication, pipe fitting and stainless tubing. Electrical layout and installation of indoor/outdoor lighting systems (277VAC). Upon rollover into the company continued as primary electrician/welder as well as taking on plant mechanical duties. Rebuilding process pumps, conducting ph testing and calibrations, daily and monthly lube duties. Complete teardown and rebuild of production equipment as needed. Changed seals, 3phase motors, belts, conveyors, maintained electric and propane forklifts. Troubleshooting and repair of all systems electric, mechanical and pneumatic…Diagnosed, ordered parts and installed. Worked closely with production personnel and engineers for constant process improvements. Maintained accurate maintenance records.

Maintenance/Electrical / Tex-o-lon (Express)

Contracted to layout and install lighting system for a machine shop.

Electrical design and layout ordered necessary materials and installed. Installed transformer, installed 220/110 VAC breaker panel. Installed unistrut, conduit, fluorescent lighting, electrical switches and drops.

Rebuilt hydraulic cylinders, Repaired A/C units, rewired existing equipment to make more efficient and assisted manufacturing as needed.

Complete maintenance of all facilities including three machine shops, a fiberglass composite shop and a rubber extrusion facility. (separate locations) Installing new circuits: 3 phase 480VAC, single phase 230VAC,and 110VAC. Electrical conversions from A/C to D/C drives. Complete rewiring of existing machinery, installation of pneumatic system, vacuum systems, jib cranes and new machinery. Troubleshooting as needed, diagnose, ordered parts and repair. Complete maintenance responsibilities for production equipment in a pipe manufacturing plant. Troubleshooting as needed… rebuilding, cylinders, gearboxes, valves, conveyors and pumps. Pipe fitting, welding, minor electrical, overhead crane repair and heavy equipment operator.

ITC-Complete maintenance responsibilities and upkeep of production equipment in a meat packing facility. Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of plc’s, motors, compressors, vacuum systems, boiler, air conditioning units, smokehouse units and freezers.
