Ensured default settings to black and white/two-sided printing for further savings; MFD strategy resulted in savings of $7M in 4 years.

Developed/implemented plan to replace 2000 analog copiers & 3600 aging color printers with 2000 leased MFDs & 1200 color printers in Branch and Campus Locations
