Managed the engineering, manufacturing, accounting, purchasing, quality, scheduling of on – time deliveries of prototype orders placed by customers (Ford, General Motors, and Chrysler) for a world leading custom casting aluminum (360) with a multi plant location within North America, as well as, plant locations aboard-Mexico, and Spain. Primary responsibilities includes; prototype cost estimate, requisition, calculation, and study quantities. Plan and schedule team activities. Managed rapid prototyping in 3d printing. Request quotes from multiple outside suppliers for comparisons and generate quotes in a timely manner to satisfy customers’ request.
