Involved in the Win XP to Win 7 Migration for the Dell Desktops and Laptops of all Government agencies for
the State of Georgia. I traveled onsite with various team members and we backed up the users data before we began the
Win 7 Migration and worked with users in post-migration to configure local and network printers, transfer user documents,
Convert users from Groupwise to Outlook 2k10. I was responsible for rejoining users to their prospective Domains. Installation of Network & Desktop printers remotely and in persom.
