My duties consist of receiving; gather information, clarifying, reviewing, researching, corresponding upon completion of processing forms 4506, 4506T, and 4506T-EZ from the taxpayer or third party requesting the following products:

• 1040s Photocopy Tax Returns,

• Transcripts of Tax Accounts

• Record of Accounts Transcripts,

• Transcripts of W-2 earnings

• Verification of Non Filing status

In the of various requests, I identified potential, actual problems and present probable causes per the IRM for reject of these forms cross referencing any other related IRM's.

I provide recommendations on RAVIS correspondence to managers and Taxpayers and utilize various systems of which I am a proficient user. I am able to research special issues and gather pertinent information without disclosure to communicate by phone to the taxpayer or third party, along with keeping call back logs on previous contacts to distribute to the team for timely resolution. I currently prepare spreadsheets to plan and coordinate photocopy volumes and cases that are assigned to me from receipt date, to completing product request, to then closing requests along with closing Database controls to eliminate missing documents and resolve potential operating problems effectively managing inventory. In addition, I work other programs such processing 4442 Audits which provide the taxpayer with audit reporting tax year specific utilizing an audit system to obtain information and forward timely to the taxpayer. I also respond to correspondence mailed/faxed in from taxpayers and/or third parties. I manage a database or spreadsheet in excel and or MS Word to research the history, provide documents and follow up with the taxpayer or 3rd party by phone. I manage the RAIVS phone bank, call back Taxpayers and distribute excess calls among the team as workload permits influencing the team players to complete timely call backs. I volunteer for additional assignments fostering a cooperative environment leading by example. I have knowledge of inputing time for timekeeping. I am an expert in filing, organizing, and prioritizing all tasks that meets production and aid to assisting the taxpayer’s needs. I have been responsible for inventory and volume that are deadline specific. I access the RAIVS Database as needed. I have provided several hours of OJI promoting motivation within the unit. I have clarified work processes as a leader within Team meetings to ensure mutual goals and advise the team of work efforts. I have provided reports to Management for Photocopy Inventory and Remittance, weekly validating accuracy and accountability for Manual Refunds release. I complete F2424 for misapplied payments to make sure they are applied to the correct account. I complete F2275 to request offsite forms Tax Returns as identified in IDRS. Various occasions, I have been chosen, actively participated, and lead in special team projects such as retention of revenue for the photocopy program by researching and resolving the issue of receiving files following the IRM regulations for photocopy which allowed sending photocopy and results in fewer refunds.
