5/2015 - Present - Realty Associates of Florida I, Inc., Coral Springs, FL - Realtor. Handle all facets of real estate responsibilities for owners and buyers of residential real estate. Locate properties for buyers, negotiate terms and prepare contracts for purchasing and/or leasing of property. Assist sellers in listing, marketing and negotiating terms for their properties for sale and/or lease. Member of NAFE, NAR and RAFGL. 11/2007 - 5/8/2015 - PROVEST, LLC, Ft. Lauderdale, FL - Status Specialist / E-Filer. 3/2013 through 5/8/15 - For the past two years, I was the E-Filer for an offsite attorney client. I handled all the e-filing for all foreclosure documents through the state E-Portal for client. My responsibilities included checking all documents for accuracy, scanning and extracting documents for e-filing process. Entered all documents into the E-Portal for filing per county's requirements. Checked daily for FILED status on the E-Portal and entered the e-filing information into both Provest's and client's programs. Updated client's program with all information required by client. Also served as the liaison between the client and Provest by responding to any emails or requests pertaining to the e-filing process. Supervised 4-8 personnel in planting, cutting cleaning, shipping, and fertilization of various types of plants and trees.
