Saudi Aramco January-2015 to April-2015 liaisonman/Drilling Forman Using Aramco computer program for reports. Offshore well site supervision on full time rotation basis working 25 miles off shore in the Arabian Gulf on Jack up rig ENSCO 96 drilling on platform SA117/119 Drilling 6,000’ laterials at 10,000’ TVD. Using Oil base mud. Ecountering lost circulation, High pressure Gas and H2S concerns. Ensuring accurate and adequate reports and records are kept regarding Drilling operations, Organize and order necessary services and equipment, maintaining inventory and ordering all equipment, materials and supplies on board to ensure a smooth ongoing operation. Ensuring drilling procedures are followed as planned. Supervise all rig activity during drilling operations, fishing jobs, casing jobs, nipple ups and testing. ensure potential pollution control problems are considered and relative contingency plans are understood by rig and third party personnel, as well as administer company and government guidelines and regulations. On-site rig supervision on full time rotation basis working in in South East New Mexico, Eddie and Lea counties, drilling 4,000’ laterials at 10,000’ TVD encountering lost circulation, well ballooning, and H2S concerns. On-site rig supervision on full time rotation basis working in West Texas, in Midland, Martin, Andrews, Gains and Ector County’s Drilling 10,000’ to 12,000 foot Wolf Camp and Atoka Vertical oil wells with 2 casing strings, setting surface casing at 1400' and Drilling open hole to TD encountering lost circulation, well ballooning, and H2S concerns. Drilling horizontal wells to 16,800 with KOP at 9,000 and curve landing at TVD 10,100' with 6,000 to 7,000' laterals. Drilling Horizontal wells in Midland and Ector counties. Ensuring accurate and adequate reports and records are kept regarding Drilling operations, Organize and order necessary services and equipment to conduct drilling, and testing programs, maintaining inventory for all equipment, materials and supplies to ensure a smooth ongoing operation. Drill vertical thru the coal section and set casing (3,400’ TVD), set retrievable whipstock above coal section(approx @ 3000’), mill a window in the casing, Drill out at 18 degree per hundred until 90 degrees then drill 2,000’ of lateral in the coal zone.
