Lexmark International Inc., is a leading manufacturer of Laser printers and provides services to their customers. Lexmark is using Siebel to maintain their customer information like Accounts, Sales, Contacts, Services, Quotes, Products, and Agreements. Maintain the customer hierarchy as per the Siebel MDM process. The project is intended to provide extensive services to their customers located across the geo in various modes like through location based services program and meter reads of the devices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Worked extensively in configuring BC’s, BO’s, BS’s and the UI layer like Screens, Applets, Views, Controls as per the client requirement.

Mercer provides global consulting in Health, Retirement and Investments across the geo in various aspects like Defined Contribution, Defined Benefits, etc. Mercer uses the Siebel Call Center and Sales Applications to maintain their customer information like accounts, contacts, agreements, entitlements, Users and order management process. The project involves in upgrade of the Siebel application and customizing the Siebel application for different clients based on the needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Worked as the lead developer in implementing the Siebel Call Center and Sales applications.
