Led SAP Power User Team in support of both current and future state business requirements. Perform SAP ECC-CRM process and flow analysis to identify systematic or operational gaps and defects and to recommend and coordinate improvement activities. Provide technical and operational interface between the internal and external customer, IT, and Operations as it related to the configuration requirements, user acceptance testing efforts, initial and re-occurring system deployments, end user training, and support of the SAP EWM WMS application.
Driving improvement via Enterprise System Optimization (ESO) project as lead to identify root causes issues for inefficiencies impacting revenue generation. Managing a 4 phased approach from Receiving, to Shipping, to Production, identifying process gaps, and implementing an accountability model through training and evaluation for employee skills sets and performance tracking to improve throughput and reduce inaccuracies. ESO initiative to improve interim storage type materials resulting in >50%reduction from $52M to <$20M and from a total count of 12,200 to 6200 aging materials.
