Customization and Integration of out of box adapters (Active Directory, Siebel and Oracle E-Business adapters) with Tivoli Identity Manager as per the customer requirement.

Create Java script extensions to run SQL queries to lookup and update the tables in data source.

Integrate Filenet Application with Identity Manager by using role based access control and provision group on the managed resources.

Design and Implement complex approval workflows to fit customer requirement each with different scenarios.

Design retries mechanism on account creation/modification failure on regular intervals and update Ops team after the threshold limit.

Design HTML email content for sending the approval and notifying the end user and requestor in the workflow.

Integrated Role Management in the adapter so as to assign proper role at target application to user.

Integrated Target Application’s New Group creation, Existing Group modification and deletion in the adapter.

Developed a TDI process to extract the data from the Enterprise LDAP system and create a CSV file to be used by “View My Pay” and “Performance Manager”.

Developed a separate TDI process to refresh the contents of the Oracle table on a nightly basis. This process will first clear the existing contents of the table and then reload user information back in to the table.

Put both these processes under ESP control.
