Designed and synthesized solvent free polyurethane adhesive with excellent bond, peel and shear strength for rubber convey belts. The adhesive was characterized by FT-IR, DMA and mechanical performance test machine, and was exhibited in exhibition by enterprise.
Prepared high performance phenolic foam through design of experiments(orthogonal experiment method) to study the effect of curing agent system, foam agent system, surfactant system on phenolic foam structure and performance, made low corrosion, low density, low heat conductivity and high toughness phenolic foam.
Mixed rubber, cleaning agent and other filler in roll mill and banbury mixer to observe the influence of different cleaning agent on cleaning effect for mold, prepared high effective mold cleaning/wetting rubber for electrical devices. The rubber compound was tested on enterprise’s devices and accepted.
Studied and developed novel tetrafunctional epoxy resins synthesized from BAPS, BAPP and ECH. The appropriate synthetic route was selected by studying different reaction factors and the ratio between amine and ECH. The synthesized resins were characterized by FT-IR, H-NMR and GPC, and was used as intermediate by enterprise.
