Started at 1s t of July 2012 till present: as Technical Manager working with

Designing, Pricing and supervising of low current safety systems at Al Majed

technologies (Qatar), with emphasis of Fire Protection Field ( Fire alarm system,

Fire Extinguishers, fire sprinklers and FM 200 system )

Job Responsibilities

Manage a group of Fire Alarm Engineers and Project Managers on a daily basis.

Interface with the Project Managers in order to complete and evaluate labour planning monthly.

Manage accounting costs, change order activity and schedules to meet contractual and corporate

obligations.

Manage the job cost control functions, including work analysis, purchase order management

Interface with the Sales Department to ensure proper understanding of scope of work and

customer satisfaction.

Schedule and conduct a post construction meeting to discuss project close out, review job costs and

discuss items which can be of value to all for future bidding and project installations.

Control all facets of construction, schedule, delivery & cost control.

Participate and/or conduct Work In Progress Meetings on a routine schedule
