Inspecting the various product like gear, shaft, hub, axle on various parameter as per given sample dimensions like roughness, flatness etc with various gauges and measuring devices.

Work at the post of supervisor and maintain all the incoming records, outgoing records and production records on daily basis.

Prepare report like in process report, inspection report, production report of CNC and process planning chart.

INDUSTRIAL TRAINING UNDERTAKEN:

Attended in plant training for six week at International Tobacco Corporation (ITC Pvt.Ltd. munger) (Bihar) and working on Casing Kitchen operation.

Three month industrial training at TISCO (TATA STEEL), Jamshedpur (Jharkhand).

Project undertaken:

Study and improvement on “RH vacuum degasser system” (steel making process).

Brief description:

Throughout study and analysis on RH degasser system (RH to RH-OB), its principle.

Study on MFLB (multi functional lance burner) used in modified RH system.

Identify the limitation and suggest its improvement for its better circulation rate, degassing rate and reliability.

Also suggest modification in vessel construction, nozzle fitting, snorkel size modification for increasing the efficiency of RH system and reducing the overall time.

Three month software training in DUCAT, gurgaon.

The training is mainly based on CATIA V20, 21

Final project undertaken in campus:

Title: Designing of tree replanting machine.

Software: CATIA

Description: The main objective of this project is to replant the tree from one place to another and saves the environment. We simply design the jaws and frame and as well as simple model of tree replanting machine.

Team Size: 3

Role: Designing of jaws and frame, analyzing the depth, size of jaws for machine for replanting different trees.

Achievements

Won 1st prize in Innovation held in SVIET College in ISTE event.

Won 1st prize in Multimedia Presentation held in SVIET College in ISTE event.

Participating in Robosapien 2012.

Actively participated in various technical & non-tech. activities in college.

State level Player in KHO-KHO.
